1. Scope of Service
ManiVeer Juelles provides premium handcrafted BIS Hallmarked 925 sterling silver jewelry and custom design services. We do not sell gold, platinum, or natural diamond jewelry on this platform; all stone references, unless specified otherwise, refer to premium Cubic Zirconia (CZ) and high-quality lab-grown or responsibly sourced simulants.
2. Accuracy of Information & Product Claims
We endeavor to present our collections as accurately as possible. The images, descriptions, and weights shown represent standard pieces. Due to the handcrafted nature of sterling silver, slight variations in finish, weight, and stone alignments may occur. All silver items are BIS certified and stamped with their respective hallmark. HUID details can be verified via the BIS Care app upon receipt.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST at the prevailing statutory rates. Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout. We accept payments via Razorpay (supporting cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets) and Cash on Delivery (COD) for serviceable pincodes. We reserve the right to cancel orders arising from typographical or pricing errors on the platform.
4. Order Cancellations & Modifications
As many of our products are individually handcrafted to order by artisans, cancellations or modifications are only permitted within 24 hours of order placement. Once an order is processed or dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted. Customized or engraved orders cannot be modified or cancelled under any circumstances.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, designs, custom 3D models, graphics, and code, is the property of ManiVeer Juelles and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
ManiVeer Juelles shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, the unauthorized access to your account data, or any shipping delays caused by carrier disruptions or acts of force majeure.
