1. Artisan Crafting & Fulfillment Timeline
Every ManiVeer Juelles piece is handcrafted to order by our skilled artisans in Surat, Gujarat. Because we do not mass-produce, each piece is shaped and finished specifically for you. Consequently, all items are shipped within 12 to 15 business days of order confirmation to ensure the highest standards of luxury and quality control.
2. Shipping Charges
- Orders Above ₹9,999: Enjoy complimentary standard insured shipping across India.
- Orders Under ₹9,999: A flat shipping charge of ₹100 will be applied automatically at checkout.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services across most pin codes in India under the following terms:
- COD is available only for orders with a total value up to ₹10,000. Orders exceeding this threshold must be paid online via UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking.
- A flat COD handling fee of ₹100 is applicable on all COD orders.
- Mandatory Verification: All COD orders must be verified and confirmed via a phone call or WhatsApp message from our customer support team before dispatch. If we cannot reach you within 3 business days, the order will be cancelled.
4. Logistics Partners & Tracking
We partner only with premium logistics providers (including Blue Dart, Delhivery, and India Post) to ensure that your precious cargo is handled securely. Every shipment is fully insured against theft or loss during transit.
Once your order is handed over to the courier partner, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email address and mobile number via SMS or WhatsApp, allowing you to follow its progress in real-time.
5. Order Cancellations
Since our jewelry is handcrafted to order:
- You may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of placement.
- To request a cancellation, please email us at support@maniveerjuelles.com or message our WhatsApp helpline.
- Cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours have elapsed or once the production process has commenced for your bespoke piece, whichever occurs first.
- Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.
